Pistons' Wallace waives right to hearing (AP)

Detroit Pistons center Ben Wallace has waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of drunken driving and unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon. Wallace and his attorney were in 48th District Court in Bloomfield Hills on Monday and they indicated they would waive a hearing to determine whether there was enough evidence for him to stand trial.
