Super Bowl 2012: 5 Prop Bets We Can't Wait to See

With the 2012 Super Bowl just two weeks away, fans have began to occupy themselves in one of the more highly anticipated facets surrounding Super Bowl Sunday.

That's right, the prop bets.

With the potential of having Tom Brady, Ray Rice, and other top-notch talents playing in the Super Bowl — along with a Madonna halftime show and the potential for epic commercials — there are plenty of potentially intriguing, interesting props.

These are the five Super Bowl prop bets fans of the game can't wait to see.

How many TD passes will Tom Brady throw in the first half?

Over 3.5

Under 3.5

In the majority of instances, this is a bet in which prop betters would have to take the under. Yet with QB Tom Brady being featured, it could well be a four-touchdown half for the Patriots future Hall-of-Fame QB.

Which Super Bowl commercial will have a higher rating on USA Today's annual Ad Meter?

GoDaddy.com

Doritos

Pepsi

Coke

Sketchers

Taken from last years prop, this has to be another prop that fans are looking forward to. Who doesn't love some hilarious Super Bowl commercials?

How many songs will Madonna sing?

Three or More

Two or Fewer

With the legendary Madonna taking the stage for the Super Bowl Halftime Show, one can only guess how long they will have to listen to Madonna sing. Expect the majority to go with two or fewer in this potential prop.

How many times will they show the Harbaugh brothers in the first half? (Ravens vs. 49ers)

Over 14.5

Under 14.5

As easy as this prop looks, it's as difficult as any of the above. If the two brothers make the Super Bowl, there is no question TV cameras will go Harbaugh crazy.

How many fumbles will the 49ers force?

Over 2.5

Under 2.5

San Francisco has been red hot as of late. Considering the damage that the 49ers have inflicted upon opposing defenses, this is a prop that deserves significant consideration. In the team's last outing, the 49ers forced a whopping five turnovers. Their defense will likely instigate at least three fumbles in the Bowl Game.
