Week 10 Fantasy Football Start Em Sit Em: Tim Tebow and QBs You Must Bench

Week 10 is here and fantasy owners need to decide if they are going to start their quarterbacks or sit them.  These three quarterbacks have made names for themselves, but need to be sat this week.  Don't get caught clinging to your quarterback because of a name or what they've done before—these QBs are in for rude awakenings.

Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals

Rookie Andy Dalton plays the Pittsburgh Steelers this week.  The Steelers have a great defense that will be able to put pressure on him and force errant throws, bad decisions and interceptions.

Dalton has a long day ahead of him.  The Steelers are going to viciously attack Dalton. If he can't handle the pressure, he is going to have a long day—and will kill your fantasy team.

The only team Dalton has played with a pass defense like Pittsburgh's is San Francisco.  Dalton struggled, throwing for only 157 yards and two picks without a score—and just two fantasy points.

Mark Sanchez, New York Jets

Mark Sanchez has had a decent year so far, and against a Patriots defense that ranks 30th in the league against fantasy quarterbacks you'd think he'd do well.  Not quite.

Sanchez faced a Buffalo Bills team last week with a pass defense that's just as soft, and that was coming off a bye.  Sanchez only had nine fantasy points in that game.

Also, the last time these two teams played, Sanchez threw for only 166 yards. He had a terrible day against a terrible defense, and there's nothing to suggest that he will do any better this time around.

Tim Tebow, Denver Broncos

Why does everyone think Tim Tebow is a demi-god?  Tebow is projected a ridiculous 23 fantasy points this week against the Kansas City Chiefs.

He is projected three touchdowns—which should raise a red flag as he has only thrown for six touchdowns all season.

Just because Denver is running the option does not mean that Tebow is automatically a top five quarterback—even if he is facing a weak defense.

Tebow is way overrated, ranked ahead of Cam Newton, Matt Stafford and Tom Brady.  He is not going to have the game he is projected, and I'm still trying to figure out why he is expected to do so well.
