NFL Playoff Picture: Can Baltimore Ravens take the AFC North

The NFL Playoff Picture in the AFC North is competitive, yet likely clear. Pittsburgh and Baltimore have identical 11-4 records, play very winnable games this Sunday, and Pittsburgh holds the tie-breaker. If Baltimore wants to win the AFC North and secure a first-round bye, they need to beat Cincinnati, but also hope Cleveland can score an upset against Pittsburgh.

Baltimore can beat Cincinnati, that's likely going to happen, even though Cincy seems to be getting better. Pittsburgh losing to Cleveland is a lot harder to see happening, but they did win against Pittsburgh late last year, so it can't be ruled out. It seems like most of these games are not letting the teams control their own destiny, but that won't stop Baltimore from doing what they have to do.

For how the games might turn out, see this week's NFL predictions.
