Prince Amukamara's cerebral game makes good fit for Titans' aggressive defense
The 6' corner is merely a value pick at eight for Tennessee. They have a handful of more pressing needs, but the chance to nab a potential All-Pro cornerback is too good to pass up, given how rare they are.
Amukamara doesn't have blazing top-end speed, but he makes up for that in excellent instincts, which prevent a lot of mistakes. He is versatile, able to play the run and pass or man and zone equally well.
For a mediocre team against the run, Amukamara's special abilities to play the run and fill his spot in run support makes this a satisfying pick for Tennessee.
