Our ESPN.com Power Rankings, released each Friday, are back again today, and with a new No. 1 to boot. Yes, Ohio State has fallen to No. 2, as Syracuse did enough to convince our panel of voters to give them the nod at the top spot. If voters were previously skeptical of the Orange's ability to get a win away from the Carrier Dome (or Madison Square Garden), their runaway win at NC State was apparently enough to dispel that notion. Meanwhile, Marquette and Kansas didn't suffer deep falls thanks to their upset losses on Monday night, and the Xavier Musketeers -- losers of two in a row in their post-brawl and suspension fallout -- managed to hold relatively steady at No.
