Skylar Diggins is turning heads both for her play and her good looks

Although Lil Wayne might not be the most discerning of guys, still, its flattering to be noticed.
While Skylar Diggins is reeling this morning over her team's loss in the finals of the NCAA women?s basketball tournament, she can look on the bright side anyway.
She is officially the hottest thing in college basketball. Before Tuesday night's championship game, Diggins was exchanging tweets with Lil Wayne, a feat that even she was surprised with.
Among the many congratulatory messages Diggins received on Twitter after her 28-point performance was one from rapper Lil Wayne that read ,"Kongrats to @skydigg4, my wife. Now bring it home baby."
"I'm like, 'I didn't know we were married, but this is huge,'" Diggins said. "Him just watching the game and watching us play, I think that says a lot about how big women's basketball is becoming."
Yahoo! Sports adds that it?s not just Lil? Wayne that is noticing her; she?s getting love all over the country.

In the three weeks leading up to Tuesday night's national title game, Diggins has gone from 6,000 followers on Twitter to more than 56,000. Searches for her name on Yahoo spiked 2,700 percent on Sunday and went up another 17 percent on Monday.
Diggins is the subject of a new rap song inspired by her NCAA tournament performance. She has her own blog on ESPN.com. And in addition to her shout-out from Lil Wayne, singer Chris Brown also saluted her on Monday, telling her "congrats beautiful."
Not since Candice Parker has a female college hoops star garnered this kind of attention, and it?s well deserved. She?s a great player and easy on the eyes.
But hands off guys, judging from her twitter she?s already married to Lil Wayne?even if she was the last to know.
