Berto was considered by most boxing experts to be the third-best welterweight in the world only below worldwide sensations Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. After being knocked down twice by Vicious Ortiz and ultimately losing a unanimous decision, he now joins a long list of over-hyped boxers hoping for a big payday against the world’s best in the business.
